Leading Church Operations

The church is both a spiritual community and a practical organization, called to embody the Kingdom of God while functioning effectively in the physical world. This course equips church leaders, pastors, administrators, and ministry teams with the essential tools needed to build and sustain healthy church operations. Participants will learn how to simplify processes, streamline administrative tasks, and develop systems that support—not hinder—the mission of the church. Through practical instruction and real-world application, the course breaks down key operational areas such as communication flow, volunteer management, budgeting, event planning, facilities oversight, and administrative organization.
