For over 20 years, we’ve been walking alongside people from every religious background—those with no spiritual history at all, atheists, agnostics, and those raised in the church—helping them become devoted followers of Jesus and impactful leaders in the church. No matter where someone starts, we believe transformation is possible through the power of the gospel and intentional discipleship.
The “Growing Deeper” initiative is a discipleship plan designed to help believers deepen their relationship with Jesus and mature in their faith. It offers structured resources, mentorship, and community support to guide individuals through spiritual growth, emphasizing the importance of intentional learning and practical application. The materials encourage participants to engage with Scripture, develop spiritual disciplines, and become equipped to lead and disciple others within their communities.
We took the lessons from Growing Deeper and launched an online discipleship platform featuring short video introductions, downloadable notes, Scripture readings, and reflection questions. Churches are encouraged to integrate the content into small groups or new believer classes, with materials also available in multiple languages. We are continuing to work to expand this project.
The Growing Disciples training program equips church group and ministry leaders with the skills needed to lead a group or ministry. The course can be used to onboard new leaders or strengthen existing leaders with video lessons, downloadable lessons and more.
The Growing Disciples training guide aims to equip lay church leaders with the tools and knowledge necessary to foster effective discipleship in a ministry or group setting. Church leaders can use the book to help promote initial and ongoing learning for new and existing leaders.
