We’re helping solo, bivocational, second-career, new to min, rural, inner-city, planters, pioneers, and revitalizers of small churches with resources that are accessible for little to no cost.
In North America, 67% of all churches (250,000+) are under 100 people, and many are led by solo, co-vocational pastors balancing family, a job, and church leadership. Jonathan Gallo is deeply passionate about equipping believers to grow and mature into leaders who, in turn, disciple others. His vision is to see a thriving disciple-making culture take root in local churches, empowering communities for lasting transformation.
Raised in the multicultural neighborhoods of Toronto, Jonathan was exposed to a diverse range of beliefs. Yet, during his time at the University of Toronto, he reaffirmed his faith and answered the call to full-time ministry. He pursued theological studies at Elim College in New York and Tyndale Seminary in Toronto.
With over two decades of pastoral experience, Jonathan has served churches ranging from forty to four thousand members across the United States and Canada. His leadership journey includes 5 years as a Lead Pastor and 15 years as an Executive Pastor, founding nonprofits, and leadership development at the denominational level. Throughout his ministry, he has discipled hundreds of new believers, trained leaders, and guided numerous churches and organizations.
He currently resides in Orlando, Florida, with his wife, Gina, and their two wonderful daughters
We believe the Bible to be the inspired, only infallible, authoritative Word of God.
We believe there is one God, as creator and sustainer of all things, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, vicarious suffering, atoning sacrifice, bodily resurrection, ascension to the Father, and personal return in power and glory.
We believe that salvation is available to all by grace through faith in Jesus and repentance from sin.
We believe God’s Spirit indwells believers, bringing progressive regeneration and empowerment to live a holy life of witness.
We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost: the saved to eternal life and the lost unto damnation.
We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.
