Purpose Statement
To serve the vision of our church by championing and leading all global and local mission initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Global Mission Support
- Oversee the development and maintenance of mission partnerships, including monthly financial remittances.
- Coordinate five visiting missionary speakers annually, each sharing a 10-minute update during a weekend service.
- Organize an annual Missions Emphasis Weekend in May.
- Lead one mission-focused fundraiser or campaign in December to support global mission efforts.
Mission Trips
- Manage the entire mission trip process, including applications, participant training, team fundraising, itinerary planning, travel arrangements, and coordination with local missionary partners.
- Organize a minimum of two mission trips per year, with the expectation of personally leading at least one trip.
Local Outreach & Missions
- Lead and coordinate all local outreach initiatives in collaboration with the church staff. These include:
- Backpack Giveaway (August)
- Coat Giveaway (December)
- Valentine’s Outreach (February)
- Easter Food Giveaway
- Community BBQ (June)
General Staff Responsibilities
- As a member of the church staff, you may be called upon to serve in various contexts such as visitation, prayer, ministry events, training, or other roles assigned by your reporting manager.

You are expected to be familiar with and actively promote the vision, values, policies, and procedures of our church. A positive, flexible, and collaborative attitude is essential as you work alongside staff and volunteers.
