- Fee: The fee refers to the cost of the course itself and does not include administrative fees or book costs.
Procedure
1. Submission Timeline
- All requests must be submitted by November of the year preceding the intended training.
- Requests submitted after the deadline will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Submit Formal Request
- All requests must be submitted via the designated online form.
- Employees must calculate and document all fees involved.
- It is recommended that employees discuss their training request with their Department Head prior to submission.
- Employees are responsible for ensuring that their regular responsibilities are maintained and that work performance remains excellent during the training period.
3. Approval Process
- Upon receiving a request, the HR Coordinator will consult with the relevant Department Head to assess any potential scheduling conflicts and to determine the relevance of the training.
- The HR Coordinator will then present the request to the Lead Team for discussion and budget approval.
- Once approved, the employee will be notified and may begin to arrange the necessary details for the course.
4. Approval Denied
- If a request is denied, the employee may appeal by submitting additional supporting information.
- If the appeal is also denied, the employee may choose to self-fund the course.
