Volunteer Survey

One of the greatest tools to determine the capacities of your leaders is a volunteer survey.  Here is one I used a few years back that proved successful.  The answer to all questions were strongly agree / somewhat agree / agree / somewhat disagree / strongly disagree.

Morale

I often receive praise and recognition for the work I do
