We exist to help believers become rooted, growing, mature, and fruitful—disciples who make disciples. We provide practical resources and training that are accessible to every church and believer.
While pioneering a church with very little outside support—and working co-vocationally just to keep it moving forward—our founder, Jonathan Gallo, spent his time walking closely with new and growing believers. During that season, he became aware of a much broader issue: many churches simply don’t have access to resources that work in smaller, everyday ministry settings.
As Jonathan continued in ministry, his journey led him into new seasons of leadership—in medium and large churches, at the district level, and through consulting with churches facing the very same struggles. Everywhere he served, the need was the same: pastors were committed—but they lacked the resources to lead effectively.
Seeing this need firsthand, Jonathan began developing practical discipleship and leadership resources that could work in any context—from a living room to a multi-site church. These were not theory—they were proven tools that everyday pastors could actually use.
For years, Jonathan personally funded this work. But as the need grew, so did the vision. That’s why Fill Worldwide was born—so others could join this mission and bring hope, help, and proven resources to the churches that need it most.
In North America an estimated 250,000 churches have fewer than 100 regular attenders. Many are led by solo pastors, co-vocational leaders, and second-career ministers—serving in both rural and urban contexts.

Here’s how we’re helping solve the problem:
✔ Free or low-cost discipleship and leadership resources
✔ Training and practical systems that fit churches of all sizes
✔ Sponsoring retreats and development experiences for leaders in overlooked regions
✔ Support for churches in both urban and rural settings — especially those under 100 people
By supporting Fill Worldwide Inc., you become part of a global effort to strengthen the local church. Whether through giving, volunteering, or spreading the word, your involvement helps churches grow healthier, stronger, and more disciple-focused. Together, we can Fill the world with disciples making disciples in thriving churches.
We believe the Bible to be the inspired, only infallible, authoritative Word of God.
We believe there is one God, as creator and sustainer of all things, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, vicarious suffering, atoning sacrifice, bodily resurrection, ascension to the Father, and personal return in power and glory.
We believe that salvation is available to all by grace through faith in Jesus and repentance from sin.
We believe God’s Spirit indwells believers, bringing progressive regeneration and empowerment to live a holy life of witness.
We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost: the saved to eternal life and the lost unto damnation.
We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.

Jonathan Gallo is deeply passionate about equipping believers to grow and mature into leaders who, in turn, disciple others. His vision is to see a thriving disciple-making culture take root in local churches, empowering communities for lasting transformation.
Raised in the multicultural neighborhoods of Toronto, Jonathan was exposed to a diverse range of beliefs. Yet, during his time at the University of Toronto, he reaffirmed his faith and answered the call to full-time ministry. He pursued theological studies at Elim College in New York and his Masters at Tyndale Seminary in Toronto.
With over two decades of pastoral experience, Jonathan has served churches ranging from forty to four thousand across the United States and Canada. His leadership journey includes 5 years as a Lead Pastor (Gathered Together) and 15 years as an Executive Pastor (All Peoples Church, Central Community Church, and Life Church) founding nonprofits (Community Crew, CCAN) and leadership development at the denominational level (Western Ontario District). Throughout his ministry, he has discipled hundreds of new believers, trained leaders, and guided numerous churches and organizations. He is ordained with the Assemblies of God.
He currently lives in Bradenton, Florida, with his wife, Gina, and their two wonderful daughters
