Purpose Statement
To serve the vision of our church by leading and developing the creative arts ministry, using innovative and artistic expression to communicate the message of Christ and create engaging worship experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Arts Leadership
- Provide oversight and vision for all aspects of the creative arts ministry, including worship, audio/visual, lighting, stage design, media production, graphic design, and live streaming.
- Champion creativity in service planning and artistic communication, ensuring alignment with the church’s vision and values.
- Recruit, train, mentor, schedule, and celebrate volunteers across all creative teams, fostering a culture of excellence and discipleship.
Worship & Service Oversight
- Collaborate with the Senior Pastor and worship team to plan meaningful and Spirit-led worship services.
- Lead and develop worship leaders, musicians, and vocalists—providing both spiritual guidance and artistic mentorship.
- Oversee technical execution of Sunday services, including sound, lighting, video, and live streaming.
Media, Branding & Design
- Manage digital and print content creation, ensuring excellence and consistency across the website, social media, service graphics, and promotional materials.
- Lead creative direction for church-wide campaigns, sermon series branding, and event promotion.
- Collaborate with other ministry departments to provide design and media support as needed.
General Staff Responsibilities
- As a staff member, you are expected to support the broader ministry of the church through prayer, visitation, training, and service in events or other ministries as requested by your reporting manager.
Team Culture and Alignment
You are expected to know, uphold, and champion the church’s vision, values, policies, and procedures. A positive, flexible, and team-oriented approach is vital as you collaborate with staff and volunteers to accomplish shared goals.
