It is important to document every role that you have in your church. A letter offer provides both you and your employee with clarity. Here is a sample letter you can use:

This is a full-time position with a starting salary/housing allowance of $00,000 per year subject to withholding taxes. In addition, you will receive a health supplement of $000 per month and retirement benefits.

You will be eligible for XX days of paid vacation per year. Paid time off is additional to sick days, statutory holidays, personal days, and days that OURCHURCH does not operate.

Your acceptance of this offer is contingent on your ability to legally work and having a clean background check. At that time, we will have you fill out our official application and sign a contract.
